Just 15 minutes from Alamogordo, one of the world's greatest natural wonders rises from the White Sands National Monument. I # ve tried everything, But I'm a big fan of the Double - meat "tiger burger," which comes with a side of fried chicken, salsa, guacamole, cheddar cheese and a pickle.

Angus beef is seasoned with Young Guns chiles, which have a bite like no stater would reach for water, and seasoned with a little salt and pepper to make chilli.
